The person who will be reviewing the next song in the Eurovision 2015 fan reviews is Victor from Spain. Victor will be reviewing Frances entry "N'oubliez pas" by Lisa Angell.
You can read what Victor thinks of France's entry below!
1. Hello Victor, thank you so much for agreeing to this. How long have you been a Eurovision fan?
Victor: You're welcome! Well, I first watched the contest in 2006, but I didn't become a hardcore fan until 2008. I really liked the contest back then, I can remember when Lordi won as if that happened yesterday :P
2. This year it was announced that Lisa Angell would be representing France at Eurovision 2015. What was your reaction when you heard she would be representing them?
Victor: Well I didn't really know who she was so I decided to wait until I could hear the song, then it came out on the same day and my first reaction was, "Whoah, that's a great tune!". It reminded me of the typical Chanson Francaise which is awesome!
3. The song Lisa will be performing is called "N'oubliez pas". What do you think of the song?
Victor: Well I think it's a great song, I love this kind of songs! It reminds me of France's songs in Eurovision 2001 or 2002 for example, and those songs were great. I also think that her live performance is absolutely terrific which makes me hope for a good result!
4. How would you compare "N'oubliez pas" to recent Eurovision entries from France?
Victor: Well the first word I'd say is that it is "better"! Although I liked France in recent years, I think this year they've taken the contest more seriously but they're not hyping themselves as they did in 2011 when his song was said to win and it eventually landed in the middle of the scoreboard. After three bad years, I think France can finally claim they're putting some effort into the competition.
5. Where do you think France will place overall in this years Eurovision Song Contest?
Victor: Well it's difficult to say, as there is a lot of competition at this year's ESC, but I think that France can place in a position from 15th to 20th, as they'll get a lot more points from the juries than from the televoters. Armenia, Russia and Belgium will give high points to France, I bet.
6. Finally, what are you most looking forward to, about this years Eurovision Song Contest?an check out what he has to say about their entry below.
Victor: Well, one of the things that I'm looking for is to see how Europe will receive Australia in the competition. Also, I'm hoping for a very close competition as there seems not to be a clear favorite to win the whole thing and there are a lot of competitors hoping to become the winner with a realistic chance. Finally, I hope "Still in love with you" does better than Molly or Bonnie :P
